Our team is poised and focused on growing and retaining our WEO membership.
We will meet this challenge by providing a collaborative, invigorating, and communicative approach that will attract and support new members and retrain our existing members.
Our goal is to reach 100 members by January 1!
The Membership Team's Focus is to continue to:
- Improve member and guest experiences
- Improve membership benefits
- Improve member connections within WEO and each other
- Assist the Program, Marketing, and Business teams by providing our existing and potential members with high quality programs, information, and business support
Our Membership Team Commitment:
- The membership will meet monthly - the first Tuesday of every month.
- Our team members will provide membership guidance, support membership communication and ideas, meet and greet members at events and programs, and assist with membership projects as needed.
- We will continue to provide "Connector" support, ensuring our members always feel welcome, comfortable, and receive a positive experience.
- We are available to answer questions, support ideas, and receive feedback - Effective and productive communication is our mission!
