General Meetings - 2nd Tuesday of the Month

Early registration ends at 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to the event

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you must cancel your registration PRIOR to the early registration deadline (Thursday prior to the meeting at 5:00 pm).  After this deadline, we cannot refund your payment or apply it to future meetings since we are unable to change our registration numbers after this deadline and WEO will have to pay for the dinner, regardless of your attendance.
